Postal Shipping :We ship all orders via Australia Post with a flat rate of $10 AUD for standard postage across Australia. Orders over $80 qualify for free standard shipping.
Express postage is $15 AUD across Australia.
Local Pickup: Free - Available for customers in the Brisbane area. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection with pickup location details and times.
Local Delivery: Orders over $20 qualify for free local delivery to postcodes 4178/4179/4154/4158/4159 Orders will be delivered within 2-4 business days and you will receive an email to organise delivery time/day.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro areas: 2-5 business days
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days
- Remote areas: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Australia post does not guarantee delivery time frames on standard post and outside listed postcodes for Express Post.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
